I did a job in recruitment business for quite some time. I've come across bad and good job interview techniques, and talked to people ranging from assistants to executives. But it were nurse practitioners that truly surprised me in the job interviews. I know it is a specific recruiting that should be executed by someone competent, however allow me to clarify.
